OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (OES) - Sheriff Fisher
Discussion/direction on the creation of a County Drought Task Force and application for Technical Assistance from the Department of Water Resources in meeting requirements of Senate Bill (SB) 552 for drought and water storage planning.
Intergovernmental Agreement regarding transfer of public funds between the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the County of Sierra for Drug Medi-Cal for the period of July 1, 2023, through December 31, 2026.
Intergovernmental Agreement regarding transfer of public funds between the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the County of Sierra for Specialty Mental Health Services for the period of July 1, 2023, through December 31, 2026.
PUBLIC HEARING - FIRE DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE - SIERRA COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 1
Conduct public hearing regarding an increase to the Fire Development Impact Fee to be paid by certain new development/construction within the boundaries of the Sierra County Fire Protection District No. 1, and adoption of resolution increasing the fire development impact fee within the boundaries of the Sierra County Fire Protection District No. 1, from $2.02 per building square foot to $2.08 per building square foot.
Approval of side letter agreement between the County of Sierra and the Sierra County Deputy Sheriff's Association Bargaining Unit (DSA) amending Article 6.1 (Salaries) of the current Memorandum of Understanding.
Items placed on the Consent Agenda are of a routine and non-controversial nature and are approved by a blanket roll call vote.
